Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crostini:

    • Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

    • Remove from the oven and rub the warm crostini with the cut side of the garlic clove for extra flavor.
  2. Make the Herbed Goat Cheese Spread:
    • In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, heavy cream, chives, basil, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  3. Assemble the Crostini:
    • Spread a generous layer of the herbed goat cheese on each crostini.
    • Garnish with honey drizzle, crushed nuts, microgreens, or extra lemon zest for added texture and flavor.
    • Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy immediately.
